Baptism

Written by andrea on October 30th, 2009

John will be baptized November 8th at our church.  My parents were able to make a trip here in November so we were able to set the date to coincide with their visit.  Pretty cool!  I’m still working on details like where to have a luncheon afterward, but it is good to at least have a date.

Happy Batism to your beautiful and sweet baby John! Hope John and his family had a wonderful and blessed day! Looking forward to seeing some photos soon! Hint, hint! LOL!

P.S. Any word yet on the possibility of us all (Angela and family, you and your family, and hubby and I) meeting around Thanksgiving time? Angela expressed an interest in us meeting at the Divine Mercy Shrine in Mass. Can you come? I would LOVE to meet you all! I have something special for you and Angela – special Catholic mother packets I made for you to encourage you in your vocation as Catholic wives and mothers!! Email me or call me when you can and let me know, okay?

By the way, Nov. 28 I won’t be able to make it. I was invited to a baby shower. But if you want to get together the Friday after Thanksgiving, the Sunday after, or the following week please let me know and I will ask for that day off at work! Thanks!

You’re in my thoughts and prayers!

    Love,
    Maria 🙂

Hi Andrea! I posted on my website about a subject dear to my heart, the Blessed Mother and the Seven Sorrows Rosary! I recently bought a wonderful Seven Sorrows Rosary booklet and a Seven Sorrows Rosary from Immaculee. It is the second post on my blog.

Maybe when you get a chance, you will come check it out and share a little about your own devotion to the Seven Sorrows (Do you pray this special rosary? Have you received any special graces from praying this rosary?)! I would LOVE to hear more about this!

    Thank you so much!

May God Bless you and your beautiful family!

    Maria 🙂
